I attended postnatal pilates with Roisin for the past number of years. It was perfect as you got to take your baby / toddler with you and I looked forward to her class every week as it was my me time.
Roisin’s expertise and knowledge was second to none. I had diastasis recti and learnt how to activate my core to help close it with various exercises as well as engaging pelvic floor muscles.
She has a wealth of knowledge and has a hands on approach explaining each exercise and making sure you are in the correct position. Her classes cater for all levels. Roisin is friendly, approachable and I would highly recommend her classes.
